Anahita

Anahita, symbol of Iranian women, is the goddess of pure water. Ardwisara Anahita is the name of a mythical river and the most beautiful and shining star in the sky (Nahid). Iranians believe that Nahid is a morning star arising from the Hooker Mountain with Anahita River in the same route, one passes through the sky and the other on the earth, both pouring into the Vourukasha heavenly sea. Anahita, an Iranian goddess riding a chariot drawn by four horses named “wind”, “rain”, “clouds” and “sleet”, she holds Barsom in her hand and wears square golden earrings with a necklace, a golden crown with eight crenellations, is the sacred guardian of streams (pure water). Anahita was the purifier of water, male sperm, and refiner of the female womb and the circulator of milk in the breasts of all mothers.

We are the guardian of all the water around the world.

“The first creation was all water and everything comes from water”

In this collection, glass and silver materials have been used in the designs and symbols, accessories and jewelry. The design team have considered the transparency of the glass and its affinity with the concept of water as well as luster of silver.

In production of accessories and metallic jewelry (silver), techniques such as Toreutics, Jonde-Kari, Tapestry and forming by hand have been used. 

The spring / summer Bolandy collection, taken from a part of carvings, motifs of Sassanid gold and silver utensils, drawings of Iranian paintings as well as Anahita and related motifs: peacock, lotus, pigeon and cloud (seven principles of Iranian art) and all that is related to water has been the source of inspiration and design for Bolandy collection for the spring and summer 2022. 

Bolandi complex pays attention to a large domain of contemporary and classic audience in national and international levels. Bolandi considers identity of contemporary women with a glance on the theme and feminine archetype in the East. Bolandi’s story is to search in the history and mythology for finding inspiration in today’s world. Bolandi intends to be a bridge between the present and future times and stands on shoulder of myths such as Anahita, Shirin, Leili, monir, Forough, et al.
Bonaldi believes that its female audience is today’s Iranian myths. They are in love, powerful, glorious, investigator, stunning, creative, fertile, dynamic, etc.
Bolandi complex moves forward having more than 70 direct and indirect personnel including designers, advisers, tailors, dressmakers, jewelers, etc. One of the significant goals and perspectives of Bolandi is to participate in the national and international events and introducing the art of East (Iran and Anatoly) in terms of luxury clothing. Boladni Complex has to main agencies located in Tehran and Istanbul.

BOLANDY fashion show was planned and performed in cooperation with the Duman Agency team in Turkey. In this fashion show, 42 high fashion dresses and evening dresses of BOLANDY were exhibited with the presence of prominent Turkish models such as Tulin Sahin,Sevval Sahin, Gunay Musayeva. This fashion show was widely reflected in the Turkish and Iranian media in the fashion field. BOLANDY tries to introduce Eastern art in the form of luxurious clothes by attending fashion shows, national and international events, etc, and in this way BOLANDY goes forward with long-term planning and goals.
